Tuesday, 20 July: Ellies Holdings Limited (“Ellies”) today announced its annual results for the year ended 30 April 2010.

• Revenue up 18%
• Profit after tax up 9%
• EPS of 26.19 cents
• HEPS of 25.96 cents
• NAV per share 170.43 cents
• Cash from operations improved by R68.1m
• Dividend of 5c per share

Ellies is presently the largest manufacturer, importer, wholesaler and distributor in Southern Africa of television reception-related products as well as domestic electronic and audio products. The group is also a leading importer of associated products.
