Distribution/Logistics
The group maintains extensive warehousing throughout Southern Africa to ensure “just-in-time” deliveries. These warehouses enable storage of Ellies manufactured products as well as of imported goods. This ensures the group has sufficient stock in inventory to meet all orders processed. The majority of goods are delivered to customers anywhere in Southern Africa with a 48 hour turnaround.
Ellies operates its own vehicle fleet. It also utilises on-site courier services that specialise in deliveries to retail, furniture chains and independents in rural areas. Large container loading facilities enable the group to expedite export orders.
